At Badlands Brigade, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read the details below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Here's how to start a return:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. -
Receive Return Authorization
We’ll review your request and get back to you with next steps and return instructions. -
Resolution
Depending on the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Conditions for Returns

Defective or Damaged Items:
Send clear photos and a short description of the damage or defect. Once verified, we’ll offer a refund or send a replacement. -
Incorrect Items:
If we sent you the wrong item, email us with a photo. We’ll correct it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Correctly fulfilled items that are not defective

Personalized or custom items

Sale/discounted items
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process and appear on your statement.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and request a return of the original (if eligible under the policy above).
